LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, Carol Irizarry,
the undersigned Collector of Taxes for the Town of Candor, County of
Tioga, and State of New York, have received the Tax Roll and Warrant for
the collection of taxes within the Town of
Candor for the year 2025.I will receive payment for such taxes during
regular business hours, Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at
my office, 101 Owego Road, Candor, NY.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before
January 31, 2025 without interest. Taxes received after such date, will
incur the following percentage rate February 1%, March 2%, April 3% and
May 4 %.. Second notice fee of $2.00
is charged after April 14, 2025.TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that
pursuant to the provisions of the law, the Tax Roll of the Town of
Candor will be returned to the Tioga County Treasurer after June 2,
2025.
